First Blog for Chick-Lits

Hello everyone! This is the beginning of the Blog for Chick-Lits. I'll be playing around with this for a while and I'll email you as I go along so you can check my progress. For now, I'm making the assumptions that each of us will be an author of the blog so we can all post entries. Also, I'm thinking that we'll want to restrict viewing to only our group. Even though this will require a password to see the blog, this way we can post our membership list with names, addresses, etc. and only we will be able to see it. Marty, this will give you the option of posting our book lists, hostess information, etc. to this site and then just notifying the group that a posting has been made. This way everyone can always come back to the blog for information and won't have to keep emails and hard copy information. I'm just learning how to do this, so this will get better as we go along. We will be able to put pictures on the site, post links to book reviews, communicate about non-book club books we're reading.....really, just anything we want. For fun and practice, I'm going to try to post a picture or two and a few links....
